Ruth’s story is the perfect example of how true value isn’t in corporate policies or numbers-it’s in relationships, integrity, and dedication. Her patience and professionalism turned betrayal into triumph. A powerful lesson in knowing your worth! 👏🔥

I was forced out of partnership in a similar manner after an aggressive stock control bidding war which I lost. In the end I won spectacularly as I received an exceptionally inflated buyout driven by EGO and the bidding war. The crazy part was that even though I honored my non-compete to the letter, the clients I had faithfully serviced for many years, the largest clients of the company, decided to leave because they did not like how there accounts were being handled and the rumors in the industry surrounding my departure. The firm has almost folded 5 yrs later. The client relationship and trust is by far the most valuable asset of a firm.
